The directorate is responsible of designing proper investment plans considering use alternatives of resources, constantly evaluating and reviewing the plans;
Examining the investments suggested by the municipal units (good and service purchases, construction works) based on the long and short term income - expenditure balance, and concluding them;
Monitoring start and end dates of the investments adopted and taken to the program, and tracking physical and financial realization status, reporting failures;
Transforming planand program suggestions (regarding good and service purchases, construction works) coming from the Municipal units, into a single plan and program, ensuring coordination between the plans;
Researching at which fiscal instrument and sector the municipality can play effective and supportive roles in the future, according to the goals and targets of the municipality; coordinating ways to reach the goals and targets with planning, assessing and improving activities while considering their options;
Evaluating economic and social results of job, service and investments aimed at urban business management in the municipal system, in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, and develop proposals to improve the current system.

He was born in Sakarya, Karasu, in 1975. He completed his secondary education in Üsküdar. He completed Labor Economics and Industry Relations Department of Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics. He is married and has 1 child.
